The world of Pokemon GO is currently under attack by Team GO Rocket and it’s up to trainers around the world to battle the grunts and bosses and chase them off of the map. The bad squad can be found floating above the map in hot air balloons and players are able to interact with them just the usual Shadow Pokestops. In addition to throwing down against the iconic Team Rocket Jessie and James duo, players are also able to battle the usual three Rocket leaders, as well.
Cliff, Arlo, and Sierra are back and players will want to update their rosters for the new matchups. All three offer some tough battles this time around, so players will need to take the time to do some homework and spend some valuable resources before squaring off against the Rocket bosses. As usual, be sure to pick select your counters very carefully…
Sierra’s Roster
Beldum or Lapras
Exeggutor / Lapras / Sharpedo
Shiftry /Houndoom / Alakazam

Much like Cliff, there’s a lot of variety in what Sierra can toss out, so players need to be ready to adapt on the fly and possibly take a loss in the first matchup just to gain some information and return with a better equipped roster of perfect counters. Information is everything in these matchups, so be sure to prepare carefully and spend your TMs and Stardust accordingly.
