In the world of Pokémon, there is a group of Pokémon known as the Legendary Titans. They are also more commonly known as Regis. Before Regidrago and Regieleki were introduced in Sword & Shield, this group was also well-known as the Regi trio. All of the Regi Pokémon follow their leader, Regigigas, who created them.
Even though each Regi Pokémon is fairly powerful in its way, many fans speculate about which one is the most powerful. Though all of the Regis have shown their powerful skills and abilities in the games, some Regi Pokémon are much more powerful than others. Whether it be through having higher defense, speed, or all-around better stats than others, these Regi Pokémon proved that they were each powerful in their unique ways.
6 Regirock Has High Defense But Suffers From Lacking Speed
Regirock has a high Defense stat at 200, making it as sturdy as Regidrago. However, it has the lowest Special Attack and Speed stats at 50 each, making it vulnerable to Pokémon that are faster. The low Special Attack stat also makes it less useful for using Special Attacks.
As a Rock-type Regi, Regirock is vulnerable to Water-type Pokémon, Ground-type Pokémon, Fighting-type Pokémon, Grass-type Pokémon, and Steel-type Pokémon. Even though this Pokémon is great for countering most Pokémon that have higher physical Attack stats, it has too many weaknesses to be considered one of the strongest Regi Pokémon, especially when none of the other Regi Pokémon have nearly as many Type weaknesses.
5 Regileki Is The Speediest Regi Of Them All, But At A Price
Regileki is an Electric-type Regi Pokémon, and it is also the fastest of all the Regi Pokémon with a base Speed stat of 200. Many of the other Regi Pokémon are much slower with a base stat of 50, making it the speediest of them all.
Unfortunately for Regileki, it could be considered a glass cannon to some players that want to use it in tough battles. This is thanks to its extremely low Defense and Special Defense stats since both base stats are only at 50. As an Electric-type Pokémon, it is also weak to Ground-type Pokémon. Additionally, the majority of its moves are Electric-type attacks. If it ever faced a Ground-type Pokémon in battle, Regileki would be doomed.
4 Regidrago Has High Stamina But Low Defenses
Regidrago is a Dragon-type Regi Pokémon. It has the highest base HP stat by scoring 200. However, it has low base Defense and Special Defense stats scoring at 50 each, making it vulnerable to any attacks despite its high HP. Its other stats are fairly average compared to the rest of the Regis, and the lack of good defenses to go with its high stamina ultimately makes it weaker than other Regis on this list. Additionally, as a Dragon-type Pokémon, it is vulnerable to Fairy-type Pokémon, other Dragon-type Pokémon, and Ice-type Pokémon.
3 Regice Has High Special Defense But Many Weaknesses As An Ice-Type
Regice has incredibly low base Attack and Speed stats at 50 each. However, it has one of the highest Special Defense stats at 200. This would make it hard for Regice to go down against any Special Attacks that any opposing Pokémon launch. However, Regice is an Ice-type Pokémon, making it vulnerable to Fire-type Pokémon, Rock-type Pokémon, Fighting-type Pokémon, and Steel-type Pokémon. The only reason that it is not nearly as low-ranking as Regirock despite having multiple Type weaknesses is thanks to it having a significantly better defense than Regidrago does.
2 Registeel Has High Defenses But Multiple Weaknesses
Registeel has balanced Special Defense and Defense stats at 150 each, which can help it last during hard battles against higher-level opponents. However, as a Steel-type Pokémon, it is weak to Fighting-type Pokémon, Fire-type Pokémon, and Ground-type Pokémon.
Despite its multiple Type weaknesses, Registeel is still more powerful than Regice since it has a higher Attack stat at 75, as opposed to Regice’s 50. Additionally, it has higher Defense stats overall compared to Regice. Though Registeel might suffer from having multiple Type weaknesses, this Regi is one of the sturdiest ones and good for enduring any difficult battles.
1 Regigigas Is The Creator Of All The Regis
As a Normal-type Pokémon, Regigigas might not seem impressive, but it was stated in the games that it created all of the other Regis. Despite it being a Normal-type, it has some fairly balanced stats overall. Its Speed stat of 100 made it the fastest Regi Pokémon until Regieleki was introduced, and its highest base stat is in its physical Attack, with a score of 160. Additionally, as a Normal-type, it is vulnerable to Fighting-type Pokémon, but it has the least amount of Type weaknesses, helping it become the most powerful of the Regis.
