Porsha Williams left the show after The Real Housewives of Atlanta season 13, and all that Kenya Moore has to say about it is, “good for her.” The two RHOA stars didn’t end things on friendly terms in season 13, so it’s no surprise at how “good” Kenya finds Porsha’s departure to be. While she remained mum on the cast shakeup, Kenya did tease the possibility of a long-time friend becoming a full-time housewife. In the meantime, Kenya might be relishing the fact that Porsha is officially out.

Porsha and Kenya have only enjoyed a few brief moments as friends. Since their reality TV debut on Real Housewives of Atlanta season 5, they have not seen eye-to-eye. It all started after Porsha accidentally referred to Kenya’s Miss USA title as “Miss America,” and the rest has been history. They’ve engaged in physical altercations, countless showdowns, and most recently brought up the so-called “strippergate” scandal. The only time Kenya and Porsha got along was after they both gave birth to their daughters. However, their friendship was short-lived and their feud carried on. Many viewers expected Kenya to come for Porsha on RHOA season 14 over Porsha’s controversial engagement to Simon Guobadia, but with Porsha announcing her exit, Kenya will have to find someone new to feud with.

Kenya recently shared her thoughts on Porsha’s departure from the show. “I think people should do what makes them happy, and if that makes her happy, then good for her,” she told ET after competing on Dancing With The Stars. While her response was mum, Kenya is known for dishing out subtle shade at her enemies. The reaction hints at Kenya’s possible happiness to see Porsha go rather than actually being happy for Porsha. There have also been reports claiming that a longtime friend of the show, Marlo Hampton, could be getting a peach and finally becoming a full-time cast member.

Kenya shared what she could on the news. “Oh, I never say never. I just feel like, you just never say never. I’ll leave it there,” Kenya said of Marlo’s possible full-time addition. “Never say never. I’m happy for her too, if that’s true.” Marlo and Kenya have become friends in recent seasons with them both seemingly ganging up on Porsha during the “strippergate” scandal. Porsha appeared bothered at how close Kenya and Marlo have gotten after feuding for years. Kenya went on to respond to rumors that she was given an ultimatum and told to choose between competing on DWTS or returning to RHOA. She explained, “Well, I guess if there was an ultimatum, I guess we know which one I chose. I’ve always wanted to do this show. I’m here. I’m loving every minute of it. I wouldn’t change it for anything in the world. Of course I love doing ‘Housewives’ and having that opportunity, so I think it will work itself out.”

Things clearly will work themselves out given that both Porsha and Cynthia Bailey exited the show one year after NeNe Leakes. With a good chunk of the veterans leaving, production will need a pot-stirrer like Kenya around to keep things interesting. Marlo is also known for stirring the pot and will help with the dynamic among the new cast. There are also reports that The Real Housewives of Atlanta OG Sheree Whitfield is set to return, which could prove to be a good way to get the shade-throwing started. Kenya appears pleased to see Porsha go, which is not too surprising given their scarred history.
