The Room’s Tommy Wiseau has expressed interest in joining the WWE. He’s considering coming aboard to announce the next match between Becky Lynch and Ronda Rousey.

The existence of social media has allowed wrestling feuds to spill out into the real world, which has been happening on the Twitter pages of Becky Lynch and Ronda Rousey, with the two wrestlers insulting each other’s technical prowess in the ring and resorting to childish name-calling. There has been an ongoing storyline between the two wrestlers and it involves the two of them potentially facing at each other at Wrestlemania 35, which stands at Lynch being suspended for sixty days and Rousey facing Charlotte Flair at the event instead.

The Twitter war between Lynch and Rousey escalated when Becky posted a picture of James Franco in The Disaster Artist during the moment in which he recreates the infamous “I did not hit her” scene from The Room, except that Ronda’s face is photoshopped over Franco’s. Also, the name “Ronnie Wiseau” is added to the door in the background. In response to this tweet, Tommy Wiseau himself chimed in and said that he’d like to introduce their next match. Check out his tweet below:

Lynch responded to Wiseau with a tweet saying “Oh hai Mark. Tommy Wiseau, meet Ronnie Wiseau.” Fans of The Room and WWE lost their minds in the comments of each tweet, as the idea of Wiseau appearing at Wrestlemania would be a dream come true situation. It would also be a huge deal for Wiseau, as he is currently seeking funding for a movie called Big Shark and is still working on spinoffs of The Room, including a potential 3D remake of the film.

Wiseau seems like a perfect fit for WWE, as he is far better at committing to kayfabe than anyone else on the roster. He has also managed to keep many aspects of his personal and private life a secret, which is a lot more than can be said for anyone in the WWE. It’s likely that Lynch and Wiseau were just kidding around on social media, but crazier things have happened in the WWE in the past and all kinds of celebrities have been involved in Pay-Per-View events, so it’s not outside of the realm of possibility for Wiseau to show up at a wrestling event.
