One photo hints at a possible connection between Phillip and Kate, while another sees Kevin on a film studio lot. Earlier this year, Fogelman promised fans a rewarding final season, explaining that mapping the entire series out from the very beginning proved to be a great benefit. Over the course of its run, This Is Us has maintained a loyal fanbase, managing to preserve viewership on network television in the age of streaming. Several cast members have echoed Fogelman’s belief in constructing a meaningful ending for fans, claiming it is devastating and overwhelming, yet satisfying all the same.
It will be intriguing to see how This Is Us ends after six seasons, and whether it gives its characters the happy ending fans have been hoping for.
