Editor’s Note: A lawsuit has been filed against Call of Duty publisher Activision Blizzard by the California Department of Fair Employment and Housing, which alleges the company has engaged in abuse, discrimination, and retaliation against its female employees. Activision Blizzard has denied the allegations. The full details of the Activision Blizzard lawsuit (content warning: rape, suicide, abuse, harassment) are being updated as new information becomes available.

Players obtain the Horadric Cube in act 2 of Diablo 2: Resurrected. It allows the transmuting of items into other items. The cube is used in some quests, but there are many other things it can make.

In Diablo 2, Deckard Cain teaches players some Horadric Cube Recipes, but they are all very basic ones. Players must find out the others on their own. They can experiment if they want and fortunately, if they get it wrong it just won’t transmute. They don’t lose their items. That is a tedious process though, and it’s better to just look at a list like this one.

Aside from transmuting items, the Horadric Cube gives players a way to get extra inventory space from their limited inventory. The cube takes up four spaces, but open it and it has twelve spaces inside, for a total of eight extra inventory slots. So the Horadric Cube is always a useful item to have around.
