Maybe Dan would have more of a social conscience in 2021 and he could use his time as Gossip Girl to help people instead of just seeming so mean and vindictive.

Celebrity memoirs or non-fiction accounts of scams and scandals have become all the rage lately, and if Dan was revealed to be Gossip Girl, his story definitely wouldn’t end there in 2021. The show would have him write a memoir about his experiences. It would sell really well, as people would be interested in learning the motivations and reasons behind his actions. He might also be able to save his reputation as he could come clean, apologize, and garner some public sympathy. After all, he did this all out of love for Serena.
